What Duowell is (and isn't)

Duowell provides communication coaching content and AI-assisted suggestions for everyday relationship moments. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or legal advice, or crisis intervention, and it is not a substitute for any of those. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your judgment stays in charge

Suggestions are exactly that. Suggestions. You know your relationship; we don't. You are responsible for what you say and do, including messages you send based on Duowell's output.

Acceptable use

Don't use Duowell to manipulate, harass, surveil or control another person; the product is built to refuse such requests. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. You must be 18 or older.

Accounts & subscriptions

You can use Duowell anonymously; adding an email keeps your data across devices. Paid plans (when available) are billed through the App Store / Google Play and renew until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the stores' policies.

Content & ownership

Your notes are yours. Duowell's coaching content, flows and branding are ours; you may not resell or republish them.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
